Bootcamps are a morning class focusing on toning the
muscles and speeding up your metabolism. It’s a circuit style class that incorporates weights, body resistance, bands, exercise balls, Bosu and cardio.

If you are serious about getting into shape then this is the perfect class for you! Bootcamp exercises are modified to your suit individual fitness needs.

KICK BUTT CARDIO PROGRAM!


An aerobic kickboxing class that works all the muscle groups of the body. It's a fun and exciting way to shed those few extra pounds or get yourself into great shape! Let's face it, it's nice to try something different than running on the treadmill!

This class is not just for beginners as you can modify and make it personal to your fitness needs, you can make it as hard or as easy as you would like.

If you like Turbo-Jam or Tae-bo you will have a blast in Kick Butt Cardio! Bring your friends!
