Employers face a growing challenge in both keeping workers at work and assisting them with return to work. Often, this task is assigned to management or OH&S teams that are already overloaded with production or human resources challenges. Rehabilitation in Motion recognizes these challenges and has assisted numerous employers throughout British Columbia in establishing Disability Management committees and initiatives at the workplace. We will:

• form an interdisciplinary team from community resources and from within your operation
• provide education and training for this team
• complete an in depth review of your current injury records, costs and trends
• complete job analyses and risk identification if necessary
• provide an infrastructure wherein your workplace can provide and maintain strong lines of communication with the healthcare team (i.e. physicians, community therapists, etc)
• design and develop specific physical training programs for injured workers and as a preventative measure
• design and develop a transitional work program
• perform audits to assess program effectiveness
