COMOX VALLEY SPORTS AND AQUATICS CENTRE

In 2006 Rehabilitation in Motion was accepted by the Strathcona Regional District to construct and staff a rehabilitation clinic at one of their recreation centres. Located at 3001 Vanier Drive, the Comox Valley Sports and Aquatic Centre offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities including a swimming pool, sauna, 2 ice rinks, a newly renovated weight training facility and sport track and field. With the addition of the rehabilitation clinic, we are able to offer immediate assessment and treatment of injuries to athletes and others using the facility. We will be offering the following services to patrons of the recreation centre and the general public:

• Massage Therapy
• Chiropractic
• Hydrotherapy
• Exercise Therapy
• Team training and conditioning programs
• Education on injury prevention and treatment
• Active Release
