Rehabilitation in Motion has been providing case management services to insurance companies, lawyers and employers for almost 15 years. These services coordinate the healthcare team, ensuring that cost effective service is provided to clients quickly and efficiently. Rehabilitation in Motion works closely with the client and physician to ensure a safe return to work or other activity. We provide regular follow-up and planning in the return to work process which involves the client, employer and the healthcare team. Where there is already a Disability Management team or program in place, we will work closely to ensure a coordinated, individualized approach.
