Kick Butt Cardio is an aerobic kickboxing class that works all the muscle groups of the body. Its fun and an exciting way to shed calories! This class is suited for beginners as well as the gym rat. We can modify the program making it personal to you and your fitness needs. If you enjoy Turbo-Jam or Tae-bo then Kick Butt Cardio is a blast!

| DARCY LAWLEY COMPLETES GIGANTIC BIKE RACE! |
Way to go Darcey! Over the last week Darcy Lawley, one our our physiotherapists from our Campbell River Clinic, completed the BC Bike Race (view this link for details!: http://www.bcbikerace.com/Race_Info/Stage2/)
Darcy, when asked how he did, enthusiastically explained, "I finished it". He said he had never seen such an elite group of bikers in one place. As many know, the weather was fantastic and HOT which we are sure added to the "joy" of the whole experience.
Rehabilitation in Motion just keeps moving along - our staff practise what they preach. Staying in motion and showing you how to do the same!
